AusPost CSV Converter for MyPost Business

Convert messy order spreadsheets into MyPost Business-ready CSV files without uploading your files to a server.

What it does

ShipFormat reads order spreadsheets in your browser, detects recipient details and quantities, then creates a CSV shaped for MyPost Business imports.

Supported input files

The current browser-only version supports `.xlsx`, `.xls`, and `.csv` source order files. Files are processed locally in the browser.

Required MyPost CSV fields

The exported CSV keeps the AusPost-style English headers, including sender fields, recipient fields, item packaging type, item delivery service, item dimensions, item weight, and dangerous goods flag.

Common CSV upload errors

Bulk uploads often fail because required recipient details are missing, phone numbers are inconsistent, postcode and state do not parse cleanly, or required item fields are blank.

Item Packaging Type missing required information

ShipFormat fills `Item Packaging Type` with `OWN_PACKAGING` for the default export.

Item Delivery Service missing required information

ShipFormat fills `Item Delivery Service` with `PP` for the default domestic Parcel Post workflow.

How ShipFormat fixes these errors

It cleans Australian phone numbers, parses address parts, calculates item dimensions and weight from quantity, flags low-confidence rows for review, and excludes rows missing key fields.
