Bulk CSV upload lets sellers prepare many shipment rows at once. Each row needs sender details, recipient details, service information, package dimensions, weight, and dangerous goods information.
Why CSV imports fail
Imports commonly fail when phone numbers are inconsistent, state and postcode fields are missing, addresses are packed into one messy column, or item service fields are blank.
Required fields
At minimum, check recipient name, phone, address line 1, suburb, state, postcode, packaging type, delivery service, item description, dimensions, weight, and dangerous goods flag.
How to prepare your order spreadsheet
Keep one order per row, include a clear quantity column, avoid blank rows, and include enough address information for suburb, state, and postcode to be identified.
